How do I share my Unlocking Greatness story?

We would LOVE to hear how you are unlocking greatness!  Tell us your story. If we feature it, we will send you a confirmation email.

Are these original products?

Yes, all items (jewelry, books, prints, etc.) were designed by Zenja Glass, owner of Unlocking Greatness, Inc. These products (including all images) are copyright and trademark protected. Please notify us if you find our products on other websites. We have not authorized ANY vendors to sell our products or infringe on our trademark jewelry collection, books, or prints.

Can I mark this as a gift and include a gift message?

Absolutely! During checkout, simply type your message in the gift option text field. There is no extra charge for this. Also, don't worry, if a gift message appears, we will not include the payment portion of your receipt when your gift is shipped.

How long does it take to receive my order?

We ship our products from Illinois (USA). Most customers receive their products within 3-5 business days; however, shipping speed can vary, depending on your location.

Why didn't all my posters arrive with my other products?

Some of our posters will arrive in a separate shipment because it is more cost effective to ship those directly from our printer. Depending on your location, shipping speed may take 5-7 days.

Do you ship products outside the USA?

Unfortunately, at this time, we will only ship products to USA addresses.

What is your refund / return policy?

We do our best to get your order right the first time. This is why we personally inspect each item before shipping it to you; however, we do realize sometimes mistakes can happen.

We will refund/exchange your order within 30 days of purchase if the item is damaged/defective. If 30 days have passed since your order was placed, we will not issue a refund or exchange.

Step #1: Simply contact us and tell us the issue so that we can immediately make it right. Please include your name and order number.

Step 2: Mail your damaged item(s) back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 days.
